The location was perfect, just a 5-minute walk from the Spanish Steps and the Spagna metro station. Our room, the Navona Suite, was spacious and bright, featuring both a rain shower and a hand-held shower head. We loved the coffee machine and the fridge in the room, which made our stay very comfortable.

the location was the only half-decent part of my stay, but my room was minuscule, I thought I was in a closet. plus, the plumbing was horrendous, water everywhere! honestly, I almost gave a good review until I discovered they offer no upgrades for guests like me. this hotel is definitely below average, I would expect more.
